a project director in the School of Public Health
at Emory University, my job is to reach out to the
community through different projects and to
represent our field of work and our University in
a positive light. From the first time I used

for a group of teenagers and their parents, I knew

"We
have a nephew who is attending Morehouse College
in Atlanta. We wanted to surprise him on his 19th
birthday with a cake. We contacted Mr. Paul
Hardy of Hardright Bakery and made arrangements
for a cake. Mr. Hardy personally delivered
the cake on our nephew's birthday. Everyone was on edge that morning
which made delivering a surprise box that much
more difficult. We have
repeated the cake for three years now and have
added to it a catered dinner supplied by Mrs.
Hardy. It is a wonderful touch which the
young men really enjoy -- the food, the cake, and
the thoughtfulness with which it is prepared and
delivered to them. We look forward to using
Hardright Bakery again in the future."
